In order to work on your NFA registered suppressor, we require a signed work order (link at right) to be completed and a copy of your tax stamp. This is needed to be able to prove that an un-authorized transfer of the NFA device has not taken place. Alternatively, an ATF Form 5 can be completed and approved both before you ship us the item and also when the work is complete and we are ready to ship the suppressor back to you.
